Facilitator Requirements

Facilitator Qualifications Instructors must be passionate about fatherhood, supportive, and understanding of the struggles, strengths, and issues for fathers in the particular community and context in which the curriculum is delivered. Instructors should have excellent skills in managing group discussion dynamics and an ability to deal with challenging or monopolizing group members.
